Our NEW Caesar Salad featuring romaine lettuce, chicken breast marinated in natural yogurt, lemon, basil, and pepperoncini. Homemade Caesar dressing made with egg yolk, vinegars, and lemon, with garlic croutons and Parmesan cheese. Our grilled Rib Eye Steak served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes with shiitake jus and grilled onions, or our “on the bone” grilled pork ribs glazed with plum and pomegranate, served with mashed potatoes and cauliflower-celery puree with vanilla bean.
