With this in mind, we have redesigned our space, reduced the capacity and implemented new hygiene and safety protocols.

Dear Friends & Clients:
As part of our continuous redesign of protocols to face the current pandemic and always based on the recommendations of the world health authorities: we have implemented internal coaching with all of the staff on our new hygiene and safety procedures and protocols. We have also received authorization from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) to operate, after having carried out a self-assessment of the Health Safety Protocol in the work environment.
All of our massage therapists and staff have been trained by the Mexican Red Cross COVID training program. For more details on all the steps and protocols we have implemented, please see this link.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
These are some of the steps we have implemented as part of our COVID-19 Guidelines:
- We are operating at 50% capacity, allocating a period of 40 to 45 minutes between services to the sanitization and cleaning of the service rooms and common areas, as well as the disinfection of all utensils in general.
- It is mandatory for all our staff to wear mouth covers for the entire duration of the spa service. Face shields, goggles and gloves will be worn if necessary, additionally, our therapists will wear disposable gowns for each service.
- We will pre-screen each client and co-worker to ensure that anyone entering our spa has not been in contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days and does not have any common symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, dry cough, chills, recent loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, recent headaches, muscle aches or sore throat.
- Prior to each appointment each customer will be sent a form via email or WhatsApp. It is mandatory to respond to this health survey. We collect this information at least 24 hours before each appointment. ALL answers are secure in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
- The use of UV light sterilizers is implemented for disinfection of towels and utensils.
